of the authors and as such they are Copyright-protected.
But we'd still like to share them with
the rest of the world!

Therefore we grant permission to use, copy and alter
any photo on the Cubano.WS site provided the following
2 simple conditions are met:
1) Our images may never be linked
to or placed near offensive material such as pornography,
religiously offensive content of any form(text, images,
sound) or content that may not be "family-suitable".
Common sense is the rule here, if the photos are placed
in such a negative context we do not want them out
there and a license to use them is therefore not granted.
2) We request a simple text link
back to Cubano.WS from pages that use one of our photos,
parts of our photos or modifications of them. If you
choose a banner link make sure to let us know, we
can probably return the favor.
If you agree with the 2 above items then we grant
you a license to use our pictures on your website(s).
